When we use the diesel engine, we will inevitably encounter some faults. Let's briefly introduce the inspection sequence of the diesel engine's non-injection failure:
First, check if there is oil in the fuel tank, whether the oil is condensed, whether the fuel tank switch is open, and whether the speed control handle is placed in the middle position.
Second, the car shakes to observe whether the high pressure oil pipe and the joints at both ends are leaking oil.
Third, unscrew the bleeder screw of the fuel injection pump and let out the air. If the oil does not flow or the oil flow is not smooth, it indicates that the low pressure oil circuit is blocked.
Fourth, remove the high-pressure oil pipe, if there is oil flowing out or dripping from the oil-tight valve cap hole, it indicates that the oil valve leaks.
Fifth, the car shakes to see if there is any oil and the ground is sprayed out from the tight hole of the oil discharge valve. The oil-free discharge indicates that the fuel injection pump is in a position where it is not injecting oil. It may be where the oil pump plunger or governor has a card, or it may be disconnected. The oil pump plunger is turned to the large oil supply position and still does not spray oil. It may be that the oil pump spring is broken or the plunger is stuck in the plunger sleeve, and the spring cannot return the plunger.
Sixth, the cradles are sprayed with oil, and no oil is sprayed when the high-pressure fuel pipe and the injector are connected, indicating that the oil pump plunger is seriously worn, or the injector is burnt in the closed position, or may be the injection pressure. Tune too high
